I have been doing energy work with Shelley for a year or two now. And each experience is different, depending on where I am on my journey.  If I had to describe it to someone thinking of accessing her services, it might sound like this: Shelley has a unique connection with the universe, she is intuitive and able to use that gift and knowledge to bridge what you are feeling and experiencing in life with what the universe/God/energy wants you to know. It's like she is the conduit. 

 

We have a unique relationship in that we chat before my actual reiki (? lol, is that what it is? I don't actually know) appointment. She listens as I talk about what is going on and how I am feeling spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, while also being open to hearing and sharing what the energy/universe is telling her that I need to know.  She brings another perspective to the situation and allows me to either accept or reject that perspective - but it always gets me thinking and connecting the dots so to speak. Shelley often uses crystals during our sessions and they are powerful tools! 

I sometimes leave the appointment refreshed, renewed and ready to refocus on my journey or other times I feel exhausted feeling as if having just ran a mental marathon - and I likely have - its hard work clearing out old belief systems and dealing with the cause of the stress and pain that has manifested in my body. However I leave the appointment, it is always with a sense of accomplishment; I have learned more about myself, my purpose and feel armed and more focussed with how I am to proceed on my journey.
